Lance is the owner and President of Green Eagle Roofing and Construction (formally Blackjack Productions) . Lance has been in the construction industry for almost 30 years. After graduating from University of North Texas, he started as a Custom Home Builder and then moved into the Construction Lending business. After spending many years helping people design, build and then finance their homes, Lance decided to start a business that would not only help build and design projects, but also assist with repairs to clients’ homes after damaging storms. He was born and raised in the Dallas/Fort Worth area and works hard to earn the respect and admiration of each customer. Green Eagle Roofing and Constructions success is mainly built by customer referrals.

Carmen Keeling – Director of Operations

Carmen comes from a strong background of commercial management, rehabilitation and new construction. She assist with all aspects of operation management. With an extensive background in customer service, she is here to make sure any and all of our projects run as smoothly as possible.

Keith Chapman - profile pic

Keith has over 30 years experience in sales, sales management, and project management. He has 5 years experience in Construction Management working in the residential and commercial roofing industry. Keith graduated of the University of North Texas in 1992 with a BBA in Strategic Management. After 25 years in the IT industry working as a Territory Sales Manager for View Sonic and Samsung, Keith was blessed to get the opportunity to change industries and partner with a long time friend and help build a new company called Green Eagle Roofing and Construction. Keith walked on at the University of North Texas in 1985, and earned a full athletic scholarship in football. Keith and Lance played together at UNT for a couple of year where Keith was a four-year letter winner from 1985-1990. He is still an active alumni with UNT sports today and is a member of the UNT Lettermen’s Board.
